Proposed to the woman today. Ring on an antler
« on: January 24, 2011, 01:58:19 PM »
I took my Girlfriend of seven years up chinook pass for lunch today. It is her birthday and I wanted to do something special for her. I have known how I was going to propose for a few years now and today seamed like a great day to do it. My good buddy took the antler (with ring taped on it) up and placed it in a pre-determined spot. I then took a detour while on our way to lunch and took the GF for a hike. She found the antler and I proposed to her. She even said yes. lol Heres some pictures of the moment

Congrats - good story.  I how much out in advance was your buddy.  I would have been worried that someone else would have found the antler & ring.

I'm just glad she didn't get so excited about finding the shed that she accidentally flung the ring into the next county before seeing it. ;)
