Looking for a Great Photo editing software for free? Give this program a try!
I just tried it out and I absolutely Love it! It is amazingly simple to use, With just a few simple steps you can add frames to your photos. It opens with blazing speeds, it is Not a Resources Hog on your computer and it Does Not Eat Up Your Hard Drive!

When you download the program and start to install it you simply choose which language you want. That's what I did anyway.

Thanks Dick, it looks like Photofiltre would also compliment Photoshop with it's framing ability, Photoshop is a bit cumbersome in that dept.

Perfect, thanks !!! You can never have too many free photo editing programs. After shelling out the bucks for Lightroom, CaptureNX and Elements, "FREE" is awesome~~~!
