3 coons in a tree is better than 2 in the bush
« on: February 04, 2011, 07:28:04 AM »
:)  Got three coons in one tree last night.  Shot one out and left the other two for another night.  Dog did great again.  I'm really liking this merle leopard cur!

Sing for me baby!

looks like fun, when your dog is trailing a coon does that breed have a good trail bark and a differant treeing bark?
my grandpa always said "if it aint broke dont fix it"

That looks like a lot fun. Spent many nights as a teenager chasing coons with my best friend.

Did you try eating the coon?

I thought they tasted pretty good. Like sweet pork

Ear plugs, hearing protection and a fire extinguisher.   :chuckle:

Yes I have eaten raccoon when I was growing up in Missouri.  I like the younger ones.
