What are you shooting.
« on: February 05, 2011, 07:07:47 PM »
I see the pics of the dogs down and the rifle next to them on a bunch of the pics. I am new so maybe some people like to be quiet about their gun. But I was just wondering if people would send pics and tell us about your gun. I am curious and some of the guns look like great pieces of work.

After the first shot the rest are just noise.

From the boat thats why I have Bismuth BB's, don't have a livewell so I always use a stringer.

Actually I was on my way home and stopped here to make one stand and that is a drag to bring the coyotes back so I can skin them.  No sense carrying them when they slide so nice, like pulling s sled.

I shoot a Ruger 22-250. I load my own bullets with  55gr. Nosler Ballistic Tips.  The scope is a Zeiss Rapid Z 1000 Varmint with a sun shade.  I also changed the stock, to a thumbhole.  Very accurate rifle.

Mine is a Savage Model 10 in 204 Ruger. Factory camo. Leupold 4-12 scope, with shade. Shoots nice.
