Haven't ever heard of em til now. It looks a lot like a Remington though. I wonder how much it costs.

probably because remington owns marlin...I think they are pretty cheap...they looks decent

probably because remington owns marlin...I think they are pretty cheap...they looks decent

That XL7 was in the works well before the remington merger.
The trigger system is similar to the savage accutrigger.

IIRC, others has said it's around $300-350.
From what I've heard (not handled one yet) it's a lot of rifle for the money.

I do dig marlin rimfires.  :)
I left it better than I found it...did you?
I hunt animals because veggies are too easy to stalk.

 There was a writeup about them in a gun rag last month I think. Ill have to check for sure. They had alot of good things to say about them accuracy and ergonomics. I think they are trying to compete with the Savage/Stevens market. Like was said befor the trigger is kinda like the Accutrigger. Might not be a bad one to look at if your in the market for a reliable no frills rifle. If I can find the magazine article Ill read up on it.

i havent heard anything on them at all. other then what is on the marlin site. they do seem like they will be a good rifle and worth looking into thats forsure.

i just read up a couple reports on this rifle. it seems like they are gonna give savage a run for thier money.
