First thing that comes to mind when I read this is there is a difference between how many do you have and how many have you purchased. Thanks trail cam thieves! I have two moultries active in the woods right now.

I have two Moultrie D40's and I sure wouldn't say battery life is good! I'm looking for another option such as an external battery so I can leave them out in the woods more without spending a fortune on D batteries. I want to get at least three or four more, but I'm waiting for a screaming good deal. I'd prefer to spend not more than about $60 per camera.

Zero.
I'd just like to remind everybody that it's about the hunting, not just the killing. In other words, it's about the total experience, the sport itself and the challenge involved. Bowhunting, done right, is a justifiable and honorable pursuit. Done for the wrong reasons, simply chalking up kills and seeking personal glory, it's taking away rather than giving back to a principled way of life that has to be experienced to be understood. Zero.

:yeah: Me too.  Although lately I've been eyeing them with interest.  Still, it seems risky to spend big bucks on somthing, take it out and tie it to a tree, and hope it's still there when I went back.  I'd have to set it up in a pretty secluded area.
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

Lets say less than 50

;) I have 9. Six moultries, 2 bushnells,  and 1 cuddyback. The moultries are by far the least problematic.
If we were supposed to be vegetarian God would have made broccoli more fun to shoot!
"HOYT" why would you even consider shooting something else?
