anyone had any luck hunting bear in darrington

I am wanting to hunt bear out in darrington but am not sure if it is worth my time or if I should try elsewhere?

Saw one post shot last year. I helped load it in a truck but I only hunted up there once. Should be some good bears. You can try stopping into the what's its name trading post gas station and asking around. I think they put up pics of their local hunters.

I have came across sign of bear every time I go up there. I had one come in while calling but he winded me.
