Some real toads there, WOW!
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

That sure makes me want to go fishing up here, lol!  Definately some tanks, and that guy really must know his sh*t by telling apart fish 2 at 13 lbs to fish 3 at 12 3/4 lbs without having them marked. :chuckle:

How long would you hang them on your wall for because they might start stinking and rotting?

Ok if you know anything about California, and you were able to look at the boat he was in. They have a lot of lakes there, that.....
1. It is only a catch and release lake

2. They are florida strain bass

3. You can have no motors in them

4. They only allow a certain amount of people on the lake, first come first serve.

5. Read this you might learn about why and how you can catch 5 monster fish like that in one outing.  http://www.californiagameandfish.com/fishing/bass-fishing/ca_aa010704a/

6. Enjoy your day and be more positive and call him up and congratulate him.

So are you saying that he went to a lake that was stocked with monster fish out of a Cabelas fish tank.

I am saying you should educate yourself some on how they operate in other states and see how a catch like that is possible. And to actually know the experience this guy pertains since he is one of the first people to start designing swim baits. But must be you are not going to, and try to find some way of turning it your thinking process, so just to make you feel better they were caught out of a warm bath tub set at 72 degrees, they were fed twinkies 3 times a day for 3 months straight and then when he caught them using his dora pole they were not big enough so he forced lead down their throat to up the weight....

72 degrees is the prime water condition for growth. To cold and the twinkie filling gets hard, therfore harder to digest, burns more calories. thus not gaining as much weight. Too warm and the filling melts leaving out key calories for growth. And I am also kidding, dont take it serious, I don't

Did the guy say what lake it was?  One of my old bass partners has taken several bass in the high teens out of both Casitas and Castaic.  His best was 3 fish all over 12 pounds with one over 16.
