Goter done yesterday smoked with hickory an with the big block gosm. Definnatly doing this again

Awesome BL.  Have you tried a pork loin yet?  They turn out great.  Curing time is a little less, about 7-8 days.  I just finished one over the weekend.  The wife likey.

NWBREW a gosm is a brand of smoker Great Outdoors Smokie Mountain. Went out biz a couple yrs back now are called smokey hollow.

NRA4LIFE No loin yet but it's on the short list.
