Hey, a bad picture is a lot better than NO picture. I take it these are in Montana?

Cool, good to see there are still some deer around after the bad winter we had. Did you drive over there just to look for animals?

Yeah I was just scouting out an area new to me. I saw about 50 or 60 elk and about 20 deer. All looking great.

Looks very familiar to me. I think its the same area that me and Longtat went out for turkeys the first day.

Bad photography? They have got critters don't they? Most of the pics I take I review when I home and think "I know there was an elk in there somewhere"
Thanks for posting.

Any pictures with animals in them are good for me...

Sorry Ray, still owe you a donation.  I will add a little interest rate to it, since it's been too long.  Once I get back from the UK I will get it out the door....

Thanks for the pictures.  I need to get out and get some of my own soon...

I did not see any rattlesnakes and was surprised that I did not. I was on the lookout so that I did not step on one.

I do.  I was going to go out this weekend, but the weather didn't really cooperate.  I ordered in some shells at Hammers, since shooters is out of business, and they finally came in, but went to get them Friday night and they were closed early.  Anyway, this morning would have been good, but it wouldn't have taken long and it wouldn't have been.  I had several close encounters this weekend with a couple big bulls.  I killed one because it looked like a cross.  had the mrkings of a rattle, and body structure, with a pit viper head, but straight tail.  Stalky like a rattler too.  I was mowing the lawn and lifted up a board by my chicken coop and there was a pair of them there.  I tend to let bulls go on their merry way, but I didn't trust this one.
