 Going up to friend's cabin 1st weekend april any pointers on walleye would be great.How about boat ramp's been hearing about record drawdowns?Will be fishin all the way up to Northport. Thank's

best to stay below northport... the walleyes dont seem to start moving up the river towards northport till june ..july and august around northport there are a ton walleyes in the river

The boat ramp is above water as of today.  I saw a small 15 foot boat launch today, but he had problems.  I would never get my 18.5 foot lund out there until they draw it back up.  It is extrememly low.  Should be able to pick up some from the shore.  Good luck and show us some picks when you get them.  John
