Well last weekend my brother and I made about 40# of burger, breakfast sausage, brats and italian sausage. It was our first time ever processing our own game meat. Last night I made lasagna with a mix of the burger and italian sausage and it was AWESOME. Way better taste than with regular hamburger. Unfortunately, this is all thats left
just enough for a lunch tune up. All in all I'm happy with how everything turned out and can say that I plan on doing most of my own processing from here on out.
