Smoky Mountain Waterfall

I figure you guys out west with some bigger mountains have some better scenery but here's a shot from a water fall in the Smoky Mountain National Park this week while trying to get a trout to fall for a fly...

One little brown came out that run along the far side, but it was pretty tough fishing overall.  It's pretty awesome in june though.

Not much of a hike at all to that spot,  there is a ton of easy access fly fishing in the National Park.  There is also a bunch of stream that you do have to hike way back into but as usual the fishing gets better the further you hike and the more bears and less people you see.
There are bass that like to eat those crawdads way down in the lowere sections.

they got them hogs around there.  I heard the locals are scared to death of them & won't go out in the woods without packin'.  Nice trout stream.  Perfect for fly fishing along shore.  Nice pics!
