ya, my taxidermy bill is kinda ridiculous...just ask the wife!  Although she is really a good sport about it...I'm really blessed and she is definitely my better half!  My taxidermist is also a good long time friend and hunting partner, so that helps out some.

That fall bear is a pig...a real tub of goooo!  He was so fat he looked like a VW bug and seemed like he could hardly walk.  If I remember right, I believe his girth measurement was something like 61+".  Don't quote me on that but definitely Rollie Pollie!  Teeth were worn at and below the gum line.

Here are some more pics of the 06' fall bear I'm getting ready to have mounted.  Skull on it just missed the 20" mark.  Biggest bodied bear I've taken.

Holy *censored* RubblesPH,
the pic of you two on your backs really put it into perspective. Nice bear for sure.

Thats a good bear for sure, congrats.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.

Caped the hide off the skull on this years WA Spring bear (first bear pictured) yesterday and had Todd Peyser (official scorer) put the calipers on it.

End result = 19  6/16"

More than happy with him....RubblesPH
