Elk Carne Asada (pics added)

You have to try this, it is amazing. I slice my steaks while still slightly frozen about a 1/4 inch then marinate and grill after marinating over night. BBQ and serve in tortillas with favorite fixings.  It is a bit of work but worth while. Mix the following marinade and let sit overnight over meat of choice.

2 lbs Deer, Elk steaks or roasts.
1/3 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
zest of two limes
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 bunch chopped cilantro
1tsp of each:
garlic powder
onion powder
chili powder
oregano
cumin
paprika
black pepper.
