Bought a new bow today!

After watching for a while, got a great deal on a Bowtech Invasion.  Really liked the feel of the Alpine F1 Fireball but didn't like the look of the limb pockets so much.

Can't wait for it to arrive and set up.  A big step up from my mid-90's Golden Eagle.  I'll have to set that one up for bowfishing....

Awesome.  This might be the year I get a new (to me) bow.  I am shooting an Xi Intrepid that is about 15 years old.    That carp fishing looks like a blast and live close to Vancouver Lake which has lots of them.  Just too many hobbies to start another one.

No ferry for us, 14 mile boat ride, one way to FH.   Maybe UPS will be early this week, haven't noticed a delivery in a while.  They usually wait until they have several packages.  We started ordering everything next day and then get our money back because it is NEVER next day to us.  You'd think they'd put a note in their computer system....

Got the bow today!!     Mounted the QAD Ultra-rest.  Need to adjust the draw length and weight.  Hard to wait to shoot it in daylight.  Pics later.
