G.F.L 84, what caliber is it?

Ive got a random cartridge in my collection, the end says G.F.L 84 what caliber is this?  It looks like a 30 carbine round.  I looked it up and all i could find is that G.F.L is a Fiochi brand?  Any Ideas?
