Ok...i've patiently been waiting on another thread to about guessing the score on a set of elk sheds....(hint)

Anyhow, how about guessing the score on this set?

Yes the antlers are real, I restored them for the guy that found them. They had sat out in the hills for so long they had some bad chews and were way sun bleached & cracked.

He mentions in his post underneath the picture he painted them up for a guy since they were white when they were found.

The antlers are real. I did what I could with them. The stain I originally used didn't take well and so I just decided to spray em up.

I will toss up a couple more pics of what they looked like before, along with the score...next week. I promise...haha...stay tuned!

Looks like you did a pretty good job to me, maybe a little too perfect looking, but it sure beats bleached out white. 380's gross bull to me with all the extras.

Lowedog, you're pretty much spot on assuming a standard 40" spread! A few others were pretty close. Right antler goes 171" Left antler goes 165"...add a 40" spread and you have 376". However, I think this bull was a wide brute and i'm thinking his spread credit should go at least 44" or 45" which would give about a 380" bull! ...and nets are for fish!!!!Here's a couple of before pics...
