Does that mean they can hunt with out putting for a special permit? As far as what I see they don't, but we all know how the game dept is.

Correct! They can hunt, as outlined, without drawing a special permit.

Cool thanks. Now if he passes I'm going to refigure my trips so he can go on his fisrt deer hunting trip as the soul hunter in the party. It's all about the kids.

Took my daughter out for that hunt and the crowds are all gone. Makes it really nice. NE is just crawling with hunters during the season anymore.
