Its the leg muscles, core strength and cardiovascular health that hunters should strive for

started last week. Lost 6lbs so far. Been doing 2miles on are bicycle and 1 mile running every mourning. Feel a Little bit better about myself. I'll keep this up for one more week, then move to 4miles bike/2miles running.

baby steps.

I ran a half marathon on Sunday and will continue cardio and weight workouts until the season starts.  It is a year round for me endeavour for me but everyone has to have their own system.  Two hiking/scouting shakeouts also scheduled (July & August).

I am starting Sunday.  I figured I better get one last Budlight session in before I get serious.  I did however start shooting 40 arrows and that feels good.

Did plyometrics last night, going to hit the weights and do some kick boxing tonight.  This thread is getting me fired up for the hunt!.  I need to keep this motivation going.

Bummer... in shape but no tag again.  Going to need to be in REALLY good shape now to find a spike.
