Callin it quits for the year.
« on: May 21, 2011, 08:40:31 PM »
Well I'm pretty much done for the year. Who knows. I may sneak away one or two more times. 110 sheds for me. 97 whitietail, 1 muley, 2 moose paddles, and 10 elk. Here's my pile.

Yikes! I think you had better quit, to give the squirrels something to eat. :chuckle:

nice job Deermeat! I went shed hunting today, the heat, mosquitos, spring green up is making it real tough. I'm calling it quits too. Besides, it looks like you already found most of them. :chuckle: Already looking forward to next year!

Nice season, I threw in the towel last week as well. It's real thick and geen here too, not to mention last trip I found 4 times the amount of ticks to sheds.

Thanks guys, yeah the bugs and the heat are getting to me too as well as green up. No complaining for me though. It's been fun. Can't wait for next year.
