« on: June 12, 2011, 08:32:49 PM »
Whats your favorite call for bears?  Im looking to get some more calls...like i need another reason :chuckle:. I have the carlson bear call, elk diaphams for calf in distress and a catnip that can make a fawn distress. Also any info on calling them would be helpfull too. I plan on hitting bear seaon hard this year! I really want a bear even if its a small bear. Thanks

There are some guys on here that make calls and do a great job. For bear I like atleast 45mins-1hr on some days I like to stay 1.5 if hunting big areas with big canyons. Give them a chance to get there. Then really watch the wind, they will often circle. They are not like most notes that come running in and don't check the wind.
