Fremont I drew the same tag. Okanogan deer area 2013 for Sept.8-Oct.9  . It should be a lot of fun and a little work if I do it right (just got to remember to shoot it uphill form the porch of the cabin ).  I never thought about access as we have a small chunk of land over there. If you cannot find access PM me and I will see what we can do.
