I went scouting over there this weekend.  The road is completely washed out just west of the South Fork of the Manastash Bridge.  Here is a picture of the Manastash Rd just west of the SF Manastash Bridge.  I don't know what the plans are to repair the road.

I spoke with the Cle Elum Ranger station yesterday and they told me they had limited to no funding for road maintenance therefore they don't plan to open the road this year.  the only acces to the area will be from the Wenas side over the jeep trail and down Barber Springs.  Kittitas County is preparing to go to bid to repair the paved county Road at the bottom of Manastash Canyon that was completely washed out by the may flood but not for 4-6 weeks then it will be on the contractors with the lowest bid to work out a repair schedule.  The 3100 Road is completely gone at Buck Meadows and the Taneum Road is also closed from Taneum Campground down at the bottom.  Good luck with access other than by horse or helicoptor.
