Dozens of 5+ pound bass in eastern Washington.  23 pound coho behind the Cannon Beach lighthouse, almost followed by one of the 2 dozen sea lions trying to nab our salmon on each hookup.

Oh, and several carp out of Long Lake that probably weighed 500 pounds a piece.  Probably a slight exaggeration, but those of you that know Long know those carp are freakishly big

How much line did that bad boy peel off?
Do seals and Orcas count?  I had a killer whale spool me in about 6 seconds in Alaska.  He grabbed the king that I was fighting and took off like hell.  I thought my reel was going to burn up.

I caught that bass when I was 17 or 18 and had to go by what the guy who took me out fishing said it weighed.  I'm sure it wasn't quite that big but somewhere in the neighborhood.  That killer whale scared the crap out of me and the 4 other dudes on the boat.  It took that king within 15 feet of the boat, turned and took off like a bat out of hell.
