Depends on when the state loads up the next pickup and decides to drop them off there.

Ok I kid.  It won't be long until they walk there on their own

Last winter, my buddy and I saw either a really healthey coyote, or it was a wolf on the rivier banks above Conrad Medows. We where on the stalk for a cow. So I didn't get a chance to look into it closer.  :hunter:

What units is everyone seeing them in???  Dad and I were ML elk hunting..... We decided to take a little nap on a sunny side ridge after we ate lunch..... For some reason I woke up and low and behold an all black coyte was sneaking along this game trail down 80 yds below.... I woke Dad up and told him to get ready.... Got my 8X range finder on him and said 150 Dad take him.... He was stopped with his front feet on a log staring into the timber 50 yds in front of him..... Picked up my binocs for the shot and right before Dad was about to squeeze off I told him not to shoot..... That ain't no yote!!! In my 8x42 Alpens he looked easily twice the size of a yote.... All black... Big head.... Then he headed into the timber... Within two minutes of that elk are busting out everywhere and I notched another spike tag.... We hiked down the same trail as the "black yote" and the tracks were huge as well.... We swear it was a wolf but no proof..... This was in 368 Cowichie..... Plus I've never seen a black yote before......

I wonder if we already have a problem, right after we submitted our application back in may the game department says the herd is below their objective numbers. Makes one wonder!!

I think the bumping and Nile units already have a few.
People have being seeing wolves in the Nile for the past couple years. They are out there just not as many as in other parts of the state.

You don't have to wait any longer.

I have seen two wolves over the years in the Little Naches and I damn sure know the diffrence between a Coyote and  Wolf.
I don't think there is an esablished pack yet, but there sure are some that travel through this area.
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...
