Nephew was over there a couple weeks back and slayed them. Good luck Derek and don't fall in the water!! :chuckle:

Nice!!   I cooked one of them on the barby last year and it was so greasy it cuaght on fire  :o

 



Yeah, a buddy of mine caught a few. That was the first time I have ever seen a trout with marbling fat through the meat.  :chuckle:

Been fishin RUFUS for a very very long time and the first thing we always done was to catch a couple and fillet them out and eason them up and throw them on the BQ with garlic bread and baked beans ( Maple flavor that is ) I do not eat much trout but I mean son its awesome sheet when you do it once every year ..... :yeah: we may need to head over before the end of the month ....
