Kokanee on Merwin?
« on: August 03, 2011, 02:22:44 PM »
Anyone having any luck?  Girlfriend and I fished it Monday with no luck at all.  Tried depths from 15 to 90 ft out of the downriggers, with flashers, wedding rings with 3ft leader, and yellow or orange corn.

Fished pretty much all day with only two hits, but nothing to the boat.  What was I doing wrong.  Water temp was 67 to 69 degrees.

Salmon eggs, no corn. we would get 3 times as many fish with wedding rings with salmon eggs tthan rings with corn
