Where around portland

Hi all,
My son and I will be in Portland area for a soccer tourney aug 19, 20, and 21. I would like to fish Monday the 22nd. Salmon around buoy 10? Sturgeon in gorge? Only thing I am familiar with is the sturgeon in the gorge. I can tow my 20 foot hews down or may go with a guide? Just looking for suggestions from you local guys.

BUOY 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 750,000 fall Chinook with some 4 year old fish returning! Nothing beats the fishing down there!
I know a few good guides down there as well so shoot me a PM if u want some names!
