Property Owner Liability Release Forms

Does anyone have a good source for forms to release property owners from liabilty of any kind? I have a piece of property I have gained access to but the owner wants a liability release form. I thought I saw one on the NRA or Ducks Unlimited website but I can't seem to find it anymore.

I would recommend seeing an attorney- preferably one that specializes in property.  It shouldn't cost more than $400- a small sum to properly protect yourself from the stupid.
