Pretty amusing. Snapped this pic during a trail ride this weekend. We were in the middle of about 50 head. But never seen this kind of grouping before. She gathered about 7 calves and got out of there while the rest of the herd just milled around us.

I've seen that a couple of times, but have never filmed it.   Have seen a single cow with nearly a dozen babes circling around her frolicking in a meadow before.   Herd behavior is fun to watch.  Nice to catch it on film. :tup:
