Shiras moose clips
« on: June 21, 2008, 10:01:25 PM »
Here are some clips I've uploaded to youtube.

This bull was only six yards away when my buddy figured the bull was close enough and raised his arms to scare the bull away.
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="
hl=en"></param><embed src="
hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

This bull wouldn't come to us, so we hiked up to him and finally got him to come in. Once he got close, it was too thick to get any video footage.

Are these Washington moose?

Nope, Idaho bulls.

I'm sure both the 49 Degrees North and Huckleberry units hold bulls this big and bigger though. Good luck with your hunts. Can't wait to hear how you do!

Holy smokes, them are some nice bulls.
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or destroy it, piss on it and walk away!

If those don't get your blood pumping you gotta be dead.  I'll probably watch them a 100 times or more before my hunt.   :chuckle:
