Sliders Kudu

I just got back from R.S.A. yesterday and took some magnificent animals!!! I hunted with Thsepe Safaris.(Cobus Mouton Is the owner outfitter)(Pronounced Sepe)This Kudu was 54" and will be in the Top third of the S.C.I. Record Books!!! PH is Marious Ciomhaut.

Is it Kudu or Kudo?  I have heard it both ways amd always wondered if they were the same or different animals.

Sorry bout the spelling. Its Kudu. Some have asked me about the rust color on the Horns. It is simply clay/dirt from the soil. I shot him at 15 yards. He reared up on his hind legs and ran 80 yards and crashed head first? I have it on video. ;)

My wife told me once that if I ever shot a nice Kudu, she WOULD allow me to hang it upstairs in the house....   :o  She thinks they look cool.  Everything else, including my stinky moose, has to go downstairs.
