wow,why are people bringing ideas to the table to enact new laws that would not make any difference?NOTHING brought up by these pics is illegal at all, nore is it wrong in any way.If a warden wants to make a case on this then let them role the dice,There is nothing to implicate wrong doing whats so ever.1)legal to hunt more than 1 game animal at one time.2)legal to carry rifle any time (C-CONSTITUTION)3)No law broken until a law has been broken.etcetcetc
What if one of them is elk hunting and the other one is looking for coyotes or a cougar?
Not archery hunting if you are not carrying archery equipment. SMH. Really what you are saying is it is illegal to bear hunt during an open archery season. Not true.
The way I understand it you can hunt bear and cougar with bow or gun, but if actively hunting deer or elk during archery season you have to use archery for bear and cougar as well. No guns allowed while hunting archery deer or elk except for personal protection. They have 2 guns, could be personal protection one bow and are trespassing.

No rifles, scary black ones or other.

I have to remember this forum always assumes someone is guilty until proven innocent.
