First Time with Trail Cam...
« on: August 28, 2011, 08:00:06 PM »
First time with a trail cam....apparently I need to get one that takes better pictures...seem pretty blurry compared to some I've seen on here.   I didnt have any salt or bait put out.  Didnt get any of the big boys I've been seeing, but still some good action I thought.

My deer season doesnt open up until Sep 24, so maybe that little guy will be gone.  There's several more bucks in there though.   I'm more interested in the elk anyway, a deer would just be a good kicker.

Your pictures look great to me. I get a lot of really blurry pictures with my Moultries. The Tascos I have seem to do better than the Moultries- must have a faster shutter speed.

What kind of camera is it?

Hey Bobcat,

I'm not ignoring you, but honestly I totally forgot what kind of cam it is!  I'll have to wait till I go get it this weekend or next.  Not that you'll be on the edge of your seat waiting in suspense, but I'll post it back on here.   Just didnt seem to be as clear as some of the pics I've seen, but I guess it served its purpose.  I'm excited to get up there and chase some bulls around come October 1st.

They look good to me.  The IR night shots are never the best, to my eye, but it gives you an idea what's there.  The daylight pics look great!
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
