From my understanding he won one of the multi specie tags that included an Eastern WA elk tag..  From what I understood he spent $2500 on tags?   

That came from someone who is with him down in the blues right now.

Neil, I think its Todd Reichert of Reichert Shake in Toledo.  Also, doesn't he own his own ranch in the Dayton area?

Im gonna help the eastside cental raffle winner , any 300 gmu from 9/1 12/31 , elk sheep , mule deer , This is gonna be a blast ! He's from the westside a good guy thats grounded and gonna take this whole experiance in !
