Thats a HAWG bull for the Toutle unit!  You better take that guy if you have a chance..  The Toutle isn't known for bulls like that..

That's not a rag horn for toutle, I basically live in that unit as much as I'm up there. The bulls in general are not very impressive in Toutle or Margaret for that matter.  It's just a guarantee filled tag unit, not a trophy unit.  If you see that stud up there I wouldn't hesitate.  I seen well over a hundred different bulls wintering in the loo-wit valley this year and have a lot of there sheds, but seen maybe two bigger than that guy.  Good find.
When you see the third, thin the herd.
Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

His HUGE body may even be making his whale tail look smaller than he is?  I'm no expert on elk but dang, that is no rag horn.
