Whoever picked the Sinlahekin clean missed a hog!
« on: September 16, 2011, 10:52:20 AM »
Well compared to the bucks that we didn't see while we were there last week, it was a hog of a shed. Horrible hunting; 90 degrees, bright moon and clear sky. All we even saw taken was a small doe... maybe it was a big fawn. The highlights... despite the monster shed of course; I saw a bear about 800 yards out, and had my first rattlesnake encounter. Still had a great time, but some of the worst hunting I have experienced. Hopefully everyone else is doing better. Taking off next Friday to head over for Muzzleloader. Hopefully we will get some cooler weather!

Lol Too funny, made me look!
When you see the third, thin the herd.
Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

Turn that shed into a bottle opener.
