Seams kind of dangerous if they are armed and so are you and you are asking them to drop their weapon to be tied up with zip ties.  This might provide an opportunity to get shot if they feel that you are endangering their lives or their kids lives.  I would think a video of them and posting them would be a better solution.  But that is my way not yours...  I am cool with how you want to handle it.

Man, we as hunters can be pretty self destructive can't we?  I love this time of year, and hate it at the same time.  It's when all the hearsay, lies, and half truths come out.  I have seen a lot of mud slung about the MB group over the years, and never seen one shred of legit evidence to support it.  But every year it comes up.  And for this Gov. tag holder.  Feel bad for him.  Able to afford a dream hunt and a whole lot of people that don't know him from Adam dragging his name and ethics through the mud.

Oh, but so and so told my aunts neighbors friends dentist....It's rediculous....I'm debating on whether to post pictures of my spike, or raghorn (if I'm lucky enough to get either) for fear that it will be called out as photoshopped!

Yes I do own land and it is as simple as putting zip ties in your rig and zip tying up the *censored* that is trespassing

I would think that would be a crime to tie someone up against their will. I would think you will be leaving your land in handcuffs. My family also owns land we tell the tresspassers to leave if we know we have kicked them off before then we call law enforcement. I have also taken pictures of them and one picture of a illegal animal that they killed. Call Fish and Game gave them the photo and that was it. WDFW did what they do and issued a ticket.

I wonder what Bigtex would have to say about the zip tie thing.

This is exactly why you don't see these guys post pics or stories from their hunts too, it's too bad because they have good pics and info to share.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

 :yeah:

But I am so curious because I believe if you have contacted authorities you can detain someone until the authorities arrive. (Citizens Detention, similar to citizens arrest but without transport) Could be way off though  :chuckle:

Sorry for the  :jacked:

Well this subject has been talked to death....

Does that count????    :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :dunno: :dunno:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
