poor little dude, but it is a fact of life, it would be a bit odd if the deer was packn the coyote
my grandpa always said "if it aint broke dont fix it"

This picture justifies my feelings this morning. I was walking easy through some thick stuff on JBLM and heard a pack of coyotes cut loose probably 300-400 yards away from me, immediately my focus went from deer to coyotes. A sence of urgency came over me to set out after them. Maybe in my head I was thinking well thats the reason I'm not seeing any deer... I dont know but they pissed me off thats for sure. I left with out running into them and no deer in my truck so it was a wash...
