I'm a little worried
«

Have an observatory bull tag that opens in a few days. spent the last ten years in the area hunting elk and know that it can be a hit or miss situation in the area we hunt. I've spent the summer scouting multiple times and have found some nice bulls.well I've spent the last few days hunting deer while mainly scouting for elk. didn't see one elk but saw some sign. I'm just a bit worried on about my chances now but I know it could change in a day. just looking for some assurance and people to help get me outta the dumps.

I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

I have the same tag. I had seen a couple shooters a few weeks ago, but lately they have been holed up somewhere. I will be back over on Saturday to do some more scoutong and some deer hunting. Really looking forward to Monday!!

The deer hunters have things a little stirred up right now, things should be settling back down by next wednesday. Granted thats not much time to pin one down, before the general opener...........north face of Manashtash, get in the doghair

I`ve been over deer hunting for the last week. Eight of us in camp and I`m the only one that has seen any elk. 6 point bull and two spikes. Do have a few dandys on the camera over there.
There hold up in the thick now by the weekend they will be running. Good Luck
