what are your plans for late season?

Just wondering what everyone was planning for their late season hunts?  I will be deer hunting in little naches for 11 days starting Thanksgiving morning.   Good luck to you all the seaso will be here in no time.

101 after Thanksgiving and after the rut for deer and 667 for elk.   :IBCOOL:

163 - muley buck if I can find a legal one , last year all I could find where spikes and 2x s'

I will be looking for that record book true spike or maybe just a cow if I decide to go to a different unit.

Apple trees at noon............thats one place I havent looked........ :dunno:

Aside from that,  Ill get started on the 10th,  and hunt til its over if I dont find what I want.

I would be focusing on elk if I didn't shoot one in September.

I'll be hunting a crapy westside late elk hunt...makes me wish I bought an eastside tag.   :bash:

101 on the 13th for a couple of weeks and then 24th in 127

Not sure about late season. Deer for me is by-catch for elk hunting. The only elk in late around here is BG unit and then up to Ryderwood and Willapa Hills and such. Tough for day trips and no time off left. Good luck in Naches.

I pucked up access to a.few new property's in 124 and 121. Along with my couple spots in 127. I am looking for the largest Whitey that I see between now and.the.opener on thanksgiving. Real excited about one property in 124. Lots of.big.bucks there!
