Looking for a partner
« on: October 27, 2011, 11:51:35 AM »
As this is the last weekend of regular season and I have already had one buck stolen I do not really want to go it alone. I am looking for a hunting buddy in or around the Aberdeen area. I would prefer someone who has already harvested their animal this year but isn't quite ready to quit for the season. I am a strict meat hunter so the first buck we see no matter the size is the one i want. I am not asking anyone to take me to their spots I have that figured out just looking for someone to share the hunt with me and hopefully keep me from getting robbed again. If you are interested please PM me and Wwe can share cell phone numbers to hash out the details.

Sorry to hear that.  If I was closer I would go.  Almost had a spike elk taken.  Its a bad feeling. only bad thing about hunting alone.  I had back up on the way though.  Other than a few words and unwanted touching my elk they left when other members of my party showed up.
Good luck.  Im still trying to fill my tag also.

I'm an a couple hours out of aberdeen, and i have yet to fill my tag, but given your prior situation I'm more than willing to help out, and if we see two bucks then I will take one only after you have filled your tag.

If I lived closer I'd definately go with ya. Good luck and I hope you never experience that again.

Very sorry I didn't get back to anyone on this post sooner. I spent the whole weekend hunting hard didn't have internet where I was. I didn't tag out so i am still looking for a little company for late buck.
