first snow = lots of activity?

well I ran out lastnight and got the coyotes going and had three coming in tell the wind switched on me. same thing at my next stand got to my seat and then the wind hit my back and a few sec later I see a coyote running away :bash: they where all nice looking dogs. O I got a muzzleloader now just for the contest too :tup:

Went out this morning, hope to have the same luck with the snow. nothing, 3 stands 0 dogs.

Thought about going out this morning, but everything was covered with ice.  Just got done putting the snow camo (Athletic Tape) on my .204 CZ and .22 K-Hornet though, and readied my snow camo to wear.  When I'm not hunting 'yotes, or thinking about 'yotes, I'm preparing for 'yotes!

Man went out again with no luck. saw a monster 2x3 look like a very young buck but man he was wide and tall.

Yesterday, 5 stands and not even an answer.  Bah!  Humbug!   :bash:

And people can't understand why I hate weekends.  Too much Weekend Warrior activity out there.  Even saw an Audi sedan driving up a Forest Service Road as I was heading out.  Damn Yuppies!

Yeah!  Them Birkinstocks are the best for sneaking up on Coyotes!  Probably why my success rate is so stellar!  :chuckle:
