Not sure what the wife was thinking, but it looks like she drew a Dayton A tag.  That tag even worth having???

Are these the official results?  I haven't received an email yet and the other link still doesn't have the results posted.

sounds like they will be official monday if all goes well over the weekend.

MuleDeerCrazy, that tag is worthless. See if they can transfer it to me and I will give your wife my 7 points out of the goodness of my heart.  :chuckle:

I'm definitely going to have to hold the bullets!  She's not quite as happy to have me hunting vicariously through her, she'd be happy with a cow.  I did tell her it was time to quit playing on the treadmill though!!!

It was more of a suggestion!  I don't give her too much grief, she ain't afraid to let the lead fly.  Unlike the Marine Motto, "Run, you just die tired!"  She subscribes more to, "Run, you just die all full of holes!"

It is funnier than all get out taking her to the shooting range and watching all the guys come up trying to explain to her how to shoot a gun.  I usually just get a bench at the other end of the line and let her do her thing.  It's a little bit different, but she get the job done, so who am I to critique?

Besides, she's the one with the tag, not me! :bash:

My deer says "selected", so that would be an extra archery deer tag for late Clarkston hunt since it's the only one I put in for.  Let's hope over the weekend they'll shore it up enough so that we can get a verified result without a redraw.  Or, if they do have to redraw, that I get a Blue Mtn archery bull tag AND the extra deer tag.  ;)

How do you figure out what tag you drew if you had multiple choices

checked mine just for the heck of it and just as I suspected.... NOT DRAWN! I am not upset at all. This just means that when they do finalize the draw or redraw I will still have a chance! I should have known not to check with this "backdoor" method of seeing results. Come Monday I hope to have a bull tag and a moose tag.

MDC, just having the Dayton A permit in my house would make me lose sleep at night, as far as I'm concerned that is the premier trophy bull permit in the state.  A lot of the land owners in that area are pretty gracious when it comes to the bull permits.  Hope the draw sticks and good luck if it does!!

I guess I don't understand how what they are posting can be correct since it shows that I wasn't drawn for anything when alls that I put in for was ghost points?

You were in the drawing, but didn't draw a tag.  They probably have a designator to "kick" you out of the drawing but no alternate text for "ghost points".

Drew an elk tag and so did my dad, I am just waiting for them to verify the draw, so I can see what one of the four choices me and my dad drew.
