Slow day only two ringnecks and one hen mallard!!!!!  My hunting partner got three ringnecks.  Sloooooooowwwww!

were you hunting near town there or are there places for you to go at the coast? You guys used to seeing more ducks? looks like you can be in a good spot being close to the islands. As usual, i didn't seem hardly any ducks in Longview, except for a few divers yesturday. I'm sure it was much better down river but I wanted to try close to home. Didn't have a duck come close let alone a flock of divers of any kind coming through. What a joke. Another bust as usual for a 5 hr Saturday hunt

I was seeing a few in the early season but things have slowed up alot.  I was hunting mainly ponds.  I do occasionally hunt the salt mainly in the sequim area but thats an hour and a half drive and its becoming a little over hunted.
