running hounds in utah would be sweet, but to damn expensive for me. id be tempted if they would refund your money if you didnt draw, but the way i hear it is now no way

If u want to run hounds in Utah you can buy a over the counter persuit permit for $30.00 for bear or lion. if you put in for the draw it costs 65.00 for a licence and the rest is all refunded except for 10.00 app fee. and the licence fee.
