I don't think I've made a stand for 3 weeks.  I did see my first dog in a LONG time today on the way to church off the highway.  Way to go guys!  Keep stacking em up.  It is this time of year that I believe makes the biggest difference in the upcoming populations.

Wow Big10! You guys are flat getting it done. I went out Saturday and made some stands with nothing at all responding. On the way home we seen one off the road a wayso I tried to make the sneek approach and blew it:( by the time I got in I was unable to hold steady and missed. Lesson learned was slow down, they were in no hurry and had no idea I was there. Maybe next time.

Thanks guys, SBA is on a good roll so far. Kinda glad it's comin to a end. , but on the other hand going to get the DTs and sweats for a month or so

VV and I went out yesterday for a couple of hours, we saw a total of 7 dogs. We had a pair at 296 yards but we would have been shooting through some tall grass and were concerned that our bullets would deflect and not make it to the target for clean kills so we passed. Two other dogs were on a hillside 850 yards out so we played with them for about 30 minutes barking and howling at each other, it was pretty cool to have an ongoing ass-kicking threat session with this pair. They didn't want to come our way and of course we couldn't get to them due to wide open chiseled ground that we would have had to cover for the distance, so we threw challenge barks and howls at them. They stood their ground though and made it quite interesting. We will try to get out again this week to create more havoc among the population and hold up our end of the load. Hopefully, there will be a willing participant that will want to play and be photographed for this months issue of Dog-Be-Dead.

Okay so today, I'm at home tinkering on projects, waiting for my new bed to arrive and I page back through all of my photos of the dogs I killed and found these two photos that never got put up so here they are now.

The neighboring property was flown today for some aerial gunning.  I was hoping that it might kick some dogs back my way, they only saw 2 dogs and cancelled coming back.  I guess there really isn't any dogs left 

Kinda of hard to believe but I think this year they really have been removed from the area.  I need some new ground
