heck yeah, good pic. was that pic early in the hunt? anyway, a limit of 7 greenies would have looked so awesome. i hunt the river here and yurr pic just gave me an idea. I hope to limit out and get my arangatang pup up on a log like that. She already been walking on one during a low tide next to the boat. I know my old lab sarah would stay put. keep them dog  pics coming guys.

That day was a slow day hunting, forgive me for the hen in the picture. I have been lucky to have only shot 2 hens this season...rest have been green heads. The weather has been against us this year...please send down more birds...LOL

let's just say if it was a good weather day and you had your 7 ducks, and you submitted that photo to the DU and or Delta waterfowl photo contest that photo very well would take the honors of 1st place. Remove the dog's collar before snapping the pic or hunt him without it could prevent gettting hung up somehow

I know it .. :bash: ... forgot to take collar off for the picture. Sure wish it would of been a 7 bird day but this stupid fog and cold mornings in the valley has made hunting real tough. I know it's slow by how many shots I can hear from other guys around me. I am lucky to be able to hunt a mile from my house right next to a 100 acre wetlands project that is off limits to hunting. That wetlands hold a lot of birds and my hunting spot is about 200 yards from it...LOL.
I am taking vacation the week between Christmas and New years....this weather needs to change! and you guys need to send me new birds, these are getting very smart!!

You can tell she loves what she does. And any day on the water with your dog is a great day no matter how many birds are in the bag.
