The guy does have a ranch that borders the elk fence, although the huntable land doesn't even come close to 10,000 acres.  It's around 400-500 acres.

$350.  If you're a MH, you're better off hunting 371.  Both are open for antlerless until January 20th.

I can't say that this is the same guy, but I spoke to some mh's that paid a fee last year and it was a total sham. Proceed with caution.

If anyone wants more info on what happened last year (and this sounds like the same guy), PM me or contact Captain Rich Mann with WDFW out of Yakima.

I hope that nobody is scammed by this.  Did anyone flag it on craigs list?

I wouldn't say it needs to be flagged.  It is a legit opportunity to hunt on private property in 3912 that border the elk fence, with no guarantees.  The guy (Rob Weaver) grants access for 1 year.  What people should be aware of is the fact that he overstates the actual land that is huntable, and he also claims all but one hunter has harvested and elk, which I know is not true.  If you have a few hundred dollars burning a hole in your pocket and you want to try your luck along the elk fence on around 500 acres, then maybe this is right up your alley.  For me, no thanks.
